This glimmery shimmery balm is so gorgeous and so luxurious. It’s really just an amped up version of the By Terry rose balm I blogged about on 10/10/11 (sadly with an amped up price tag too -- $70). Honestly though, once you use the balm one time – you’re done. Hook, line & sinker. Use it alone, on top of pencil or lipstick. Described as a “sumptuous balm” on the By Terry site – this balm hydrates, nourishes, and repairs while decorating your pout with the most gorgeous golden pale pink shimmer.
