Chantecaille Lip gloss

Chantecaille Dragonfruit Lip gloss

This is an ultra glossy wear-alone every day gloss that leaves the perfect touch of a bee-stung pinky coral wash of sheer color behind OR, slick it over your favorite lipstick for a more dramatic lacquered look.  It comes in the most gorgeous little silver mirrored compact that has a functional mirror inside as well – totally appropriate to whip out for a touch up post meal, etc.  It’s smooth and super shiny and, it contains SPF 15.  Such a plus!! The gloss is packed with green tea, aloe vera and vitamin E.  It was at one time offered only as part of a palette but is now offered alone due to popularity.  It’s the perfect natural gloss.  LOVE!

Diptyque Hand Cream

Diptyque Luxurious Hand Cream

This is the equivalent of dipping your hand in a specially made version of Diptyque’s candle wax.  It smells amazing, keeps hands hydrated for hours, and isn’t the least bit greasy.  It’s like velvet going on.  Plus, how fab is the packaging?  So chic.  It is super yummy and super reasonably priced too.  What a great stocking stuffer or gift for a girlfriend!

I swear I’ll back off the cream related posts after this one – can you tell my skin isn’t handling the change in season all that well?

Happy Friday!

I might just lay on my sofa and eat macaroons all weekend!  Oh the life of a preggo…

And just for fun -- here are some photos from my baby shower last  weekend.  My friends made it amazing!!  I'm so lucky.  I mean, a bubbly bar, I die!

Oh Oh Oh, It’s Magic!

Egyptian Magic Skin Cream

Most people consider water to be the universal solvent.  I second that but also like to joke that in my world Xanax is the universal solvent (those of you who know me also know I’m really not joking).  In the world of products, this cream is as close to a universal solvent as you’re going to get.  I actually used to use it back in high school and just incorporated it back into my routine.  It’s ideal for rough skin or ultra dry skin (elbows, feet, & hands) but can also tame flyaways, add luster & shine to hair’s ends, gloss an eyelid, or be used as a lip balm.  I think you could probably grease a squeaky door or chair with it too! It’s been around forever and is the perfect balm to store in your nightstand!

ReVive Renewal Cream

ReVive Moisturizing Renewal Cream

I’ve decided I’m going back to ReVive for my daily moisture needs.  There really is just no comparison and ReVive’s formulas really do give you that trademark ReVive “glow.”  I’m not great at remembering to exfoliate (it usually takes a terrible picture of myself for me to go, “Oops! Looking a bit congested/dull” so I’ve decided on the renewal cream.

This cream exfoliates with glycolic acid and reverses the signs of aging, re-texturizes the skin’s surface, and creates a more youthful, bright, and even complexion within 2 weeks of regular use.  It’s so worth the money.  The creams that I have used these last couple months, before making my decision to buy from this brand again, really do pale in comparison.

Patchouli's in Rosemary Beach

Pish Posh Patchouli’s – Rosemary Beach, FLA.

How adorable is this little store I stumbled across while on vacation last week??  The selection is to die for & there is seriously something for everyone.  I exercised some restraint and just walked away with a soap and a candle but I could have done some serious damage.

The store carries the St. Barth’s line I love, Phillip B., Voluspa, Rodin, Smith’s, K. Hall candles, Lollia, Fusion, Archipelago & so many more!

Plus, check out how darling the set-up is:

Check out the lip balm station – heaven!!

And the cute little fragrance bar!
